Due to the increased demand for home delivery of locally produced food, we’ve experienced a dramatic increase of emails, phone calls and online orders over the past 2 months. We are SO thrilled with the support and we love both our ‘old’ and new customers, but we are a very small family farm with just a few staff members trying to care for our animals, answer inquiries, package orders and deliver them to your homes. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time and hope the below information helps answer some questions you may have!

Current Delivery, Farm Pickup and Farmers Market Status: Please check our website calendar for up-to-date information.

Online orders: Order online here. For Farm or Market Pickup, checkout using your regular address as “shipping”, but on the last screen of checkout you’ll be able to select a pickup option or home delivery if your order qualifies.

Availability & pricing of whole/half hogs & beef quarters: If we have deposits available, they are listed on our shop website. If you don’t see deposits listed, then we are currently sold out. Demand right now is very high, and we are frequently sold out. Check back in a week or two for additional availability.

Average time until delivery: We are generally be able to deliver in stock orders within two weeks. However, if you order an item or package that is labeled with a future availability date in the title or description, then your order will likely be held until after that date. You’re welcome to pickup the other items from the farm or a pickup location, just let us know!

Farm Pickup Procedures: Our farm store IS open for pickup on Wednesdays from 9-5, and Saturdays from 9-2. Please help us limit exposure by either preordering through the website, or bringing a list so that we can shop for you and bring your items to your car.

Product Shortage/Availability: We are updating our website weekly as we get items back from our processor – so we recommend checking back once a week or so if we are out of your favorite items.

Service Area: Our currently home delivery area is limited to the North, Northwest, and Western Suburbs, Rockford area, as well as portions of the City of Chicago. Some areas in the City of Chicago and Far Northern Suburbs carry a $15 handling fee. For Flying S Customers, we will also honor the previous Flying S delivery area.
